How we handle
your information.
helo.land Growth is an editorial and operating platform. We collect only what we need to do the work and we keep it close.
1. Who we are
"helo.land Growth", "we", "us" refers to the editorial and operating platform behind helo.land, operating from İstanbul. For all privacy matters, write to hey@helo.land.
2. What we collect
When you submit a form
Founder applications, partner inquiries, fund inquiries, speaker suggestions, contact messages, and Session registrations. We collect: your name, work email, company, role, and the content of your message.
When you subscribe to the newsletter
Your email address. That's it.
When you visit the site
Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages viewed). We may use lightweight analytics in the future; if and when we do, we will list it here.
3. Why we collect it
- To respond to you. Applications, inquiries and suggestions are read and replied to by the helo.land team.
- To operate events. Session registrations let us send you the live link and the recording.
- To send the newsletter. One email a week, unsubscribe in one click.
- To run the platform. Internal records of who we have engaged with, for relationship continuity.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your data. We share it only with the third parties that help us operate, listed here:
- n8n — receives form and newsletter submissions through secure webhooks and routes them to our internal workflows.
- Brevo — sends the newsletter when you opt in via our n8n workflow.
- Luma — handles RSVP and reminders for live events when you choose to apply for a seat.
- Google Analytics (GA4) — measures visits and on-site interactions based on your cookie consent choice.
- Google Fonts — serves typography from the browser.
Each of these processors has their own privacy practices, which apply to the data they handle.
5. How long we keep it
As long as the relationship is active, plus a reasonable record-keeping period after that. If you ask us to delete your data, we will, subject to any legal obligations to retain it.
6. Your rights
Under GDPR and Türkiye's KVKK, you can:
- Ask what data we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct it.
- Ask us to delete it.
- Withdraw consent for the newsletter at any time (one-click unsubscribe in every email).
- Object to processing or ask us to restrict it.

7. Cookies
This site uses no marketing or tracking cookies. If that changes, we will add a clear notice.
8. Security
We use commercially reasonable measures to protect the information you give us. No system is perfect; if a breach happens that affects you, we will tell you.
9. Children
helo.land Growth is built for working professionals and is not directed at anyone under 16.
10. Changes
If this policy changes meaningfully, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, send a note to people on the newsletter.
