These are the terms that apply when you use the helo.land Growth website, subscribe to the newsletter, register for a Session, or attend the Summit.
1. Accepting these terms
By using this site or applying for any helo.land Growth programme, you accept these terms. If you do not, please do not use the site or the programmes.
2. What we offer
helo.land Growth is a platform that includes:
- Sessions. Live online conversations with founders, investors and operators, free to attend.
- Summit. An annual, in-person event by free, limited access. Seats are curated.
- Journeys. Editorial features from past Sessions and gatherings, published openly.
- Investment Fund routing. A founder application path that connects qualifying companies with partner funds.
3. Applications and registrations
Applications to attend the Summit, partner with the platform, or be routed for funding are not guaranteed acceptance. We curate every line-up, attendee list and introduction. Submitting information does not create a contract.
If you are accepted to attend an event, additional conditions communicated to you at that time apply (venue rules, photography consent, Code of conduct).
4. Use of the site
You agree to use the site in good faith. You will not:
- Attempt to access or interfere with anything you are not authorised to.
- Scrape, copy or republish the site's content commercially without written permission.
- Submit false information, spam, or impersonate someone else.
5. Intellectual property
The site's design, copy, photography (except photos of named individuals, whose rights remain theirs), and the helo brand belong to helo.land and our partners. You may share excerpts with attribution and a link back. For anything beyond that, ask: hey@helo.land.
Material you submit (applications, suggestions, messages) remains yours; you grant us a non-exclusive licence to use it for the limited purpose of evaluating and responding.
6. Newsletter
By subscribing, you agree to receive the weekly editorial email. You can unsubscribe from any email with one click. Subscription data is handled per our Privacy Policy.
7. Events and recordings
Sessions are recorded and published. By participating on camera or speaking, you grant us the right to record, edit and publish that material across the helo.land properties and on partner channels.
At in-person events, photography and video may be captured for editorial use. If you do not want to be in the frame, tell our team on site.
8. Third-party services
We use Luma for event RSVPs, Brevo for the newsletter, n8n webhooks for routing form and newsletter submissions, Google Analytics (GA4) for audience measurement under your cookie preferences, and Google Fonts for typography. Their own terms apply to the data and services they handle.
9. No professional advice
Content on this site and in the Sessions is editorial. It is not legal, financial, tax or investment advice. Decisions are yours; please involve qualified advisors for your specific situation.
10. Disclaimers
The site is provided on an "as is" basis. We do our best to keep it accurate and online; we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Editorial content reflects the speakers' and authors' views and not necessarily helo.land's.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, helo.land is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, the programmes or any third-party services we integrate with.
12. Changes
We may update these terms when something material changes. The "last updated" date at the top will reflect that. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye. Disputes will be brought before the courts of İstanbul.
